Accounts Receivable
Reconcile Restaurant and Golf Shop daily sales.
Process bank deposit and post payments (every other day).
Post receipts to QB.
Record billing adjustments.
Enter ACH payments
Accounts Payable
Process and pay accounts payable.
File and pay Sales and Meals Tax.
File PPT tax reports
File business license report
Human Resources
Close ClubTec monthly (follow checklist) and process statements
Close Quickbooks monthly (follow checklist)
Reconcile Bank Statements
Operating account, reconcile in QB
Petty Cash, reconcile.
Capital Reserve, reconcile in QB
Membership
Process membership changes (new/change/resign) (follow checklist).
Update member info in clubtec and email web marketing.
Membership info packets.
Send membership info to new property owners and to realtors with listings.
Assist members with questions and requests.
Update website (shared responsibility with other managers).
Update food and beverage inventory count sheets.
Answer board member questions.
File ABC report

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
